I have 2 days to find a dress or top-dressing for my best friend, like going to a party and the theme of "color", what that means. I think Max mix of costumes, colors, etc.?

Does anybody know the size and stores the first 16 do + when I look back, dorthothy Perkins and peacocks, etc., but their clothes are rather boring at the time or not "reasonable".
